THE CHALLENGE

Custodian Land approached Grand Brands to develop a set of standard format press advertisement templates for Brookhaven estate.  Imagery needed to match the rest of the collateral we had developed for them, and promote the development as a premium yet affordable option for Melbourne residents.

THE SOLUTION

Grand Brands created attractive full page and half page advertisement templates, including the creative concept, research and copywriting.  We work with Brookhaven to resize and update the ads for specific placements in national publications.

THE OUTCOME

As a result of the ad campaign, traffic has been directed to the Brookhaven website, while inbound sales leads have also been obtained. Brookhaven now has a standard advertisement template which can be easily and quickly updated.
